Liability Disclaimer.

At DX Business Center, we strive to provide a safe and professional environment for all our clients. However, by using our services and facilities, you agree to the following terms regarding liability:

1.⁠ ⁠No Liability for Damages to Property
DX Business Center shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property, equipment, or belongings left in our premises, whether inside or outside of the rented spaces. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all personal items are securely stored or managed during their use of our facilities.

2.⁠ ⁠Personal Injury
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our clients and guests, DX Business Center shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries sustained by you or any of your guests during your use of our premises, including but not limited to physical injuries resulting from accidents, slips, or falls.

3.⁠ ⁠Use of Equipment
DX Business Center provides certain equipment and resources (e.g., projectors, Wi-Fi, furniture, etc.) for client use. We cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or failures of equipment or services provided, and we do not offer warranties for the equipment’s functionality. Clients are encouraged to inspect equipment before use and immediately report any issues.

4.⁠ ⁠Service Interruptions
DX Business Center is not liable for any interruptions, delays, or cancellations in services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, power outages, etc.).

5.⁠ ⁠Compliance with Laws
It is the responsibility of the client to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances while using our services and facilities. DX Business Center shall not be held liable for any legal violations or actions taken by clients during their use of our spaces.

6.⁠ ⁠Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DX Business Center, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or facilities, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage caused by your negligence or actions.

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DX Business Center’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our services and facilities shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or personal inconvenience.
