At DX Business Center, we strive to offer a seamless experience for all our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are provided for space rentals.

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Reservation Time:
If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time, you are eligible for a full refund, less applicable administrative and processing fees.
The fees will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Reservation Time:
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time, you will not be eligible for a refund. The full amount of the rental will be charged.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by any applicable cancellation fees or processing charges, as stated above.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as cleaning fees, booking fees, or other service charges, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

4.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or “force majeure” situations (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), DX Business Center may offer an alternative date for your booking or a full refund, at our discretion.
